After receiving your enquiry a House Doctor will visit your property and conduct a thorough survey to assess the possible reasons why your property hasn’t sold or rented. We look at everything from the walk up to your home and to coach you to show your home to potential buyers or tenants.

We provide an impartial and independent look at your property and tell you exactly what it is that will appeal to prospective purchasers, what wont and what will actually put them off. The survey will take approximately 1-3 hours depending on the size of your home. We will then compile a Report with recommendations, which will clearly identify all possible problem areas of your property which could be stopping buyers or tenants making an offer.

Your Report will offer remedies to these problems in plain English, to ensure that your property maximizes it's appeal to the potential buyer or tenant. We will send the Report to you by return and we can also e-mail the Report.

These remedies are normally quite inexpensive in comparison to the added saleability of your property. An estimated cost of the recommendations will also be given. You will normally recover these costs in saved mortgage payments, market allowing.
